Electronic payment systems on the Internet have become so popular that thousands of transactions are made daily through them.
People pay loans, buy something, transfer money for services provided, and so on. The QIWI payment system alone handles millions of transactions every day.
What is a QIWI check and why is it needed? Some clients of this company do not even know what checks may be after payments made via the Internet.
It’s one thing when you pay, through the multi-cashier where the check is issued, it’s quite another to make online payments, although receipts are provided for such operations.
I personally found a check for payment through QIWI when I worked with one of the freelancers. The order was for the promotion of groups in social networks, and after the transfer of funds, the contractor asked to name the operation code.
It is indicated in the check, but it was not in the hands, so I had to “dig a little” on the Internet.
If the transfer was made through an e-wallet, you can enter the payment history at any time and receive a check. To do this, log in to the QIWI website and click " History ":
If nothing is displayed in the last payments, set the required period (remember when it was executed operation):
Then a table opens with a history of all translations. Find the payment, and to the right of it, click " Print a check ":
The print tool will open, just click Cancel and you will see a normal image with a check :
You can copy this check and save it on your computer for later printing. It contains all the details of the payment, including the operation code of the Kiwi.
What is it? This is a unique identifier by which you can find payment information. As you can see, in the QIWI check there is even a print , so it’s best to print it on a color printer.
Did you use the multicash and the check did not come out? This problem can be solved only through technical support. Spend a couple of minutes to create a kiwi wallet and then go into it. At the top of the site there is a link "Help":
After this, you need to select a block with an appeal to Kiwi technical support:
You used the terminal, therefore, in the next step you need to select the appropriate section of questions:
Problems with payment receipts appear quite often, therefore a special section has already been created here:
The final step in solving a problem is filling out a special form. Provide all the necessary information so that the operators can find your operation:
After a while, company representatives will contact you and solve the problem. You may have difficulties filling out data about the terminal. In this case, you can use any check from the same multicash or go to it, find a section with information.
The QIWI payment tool is really good, but you can use other payment systems, for example, Payeer (how to create a Payeer wallet).
Try to keep the checks until the payment is made, the cases are different and sometimes it is difficult to prove that you really transferred money.
And even better, throw money from your terminal into your account and make transactions from it. In this case, you will always have proof (in the payment history).
