Thanks to the Blogger platform, every newbie can quickly and easily, and most importantly, create a blog for free.
Many argue that it is better not to use such constructors, since the functionality in them is very limited. But if you understand HTML a bit, you can change a lot on your site.
In this article we will explain how to add a table on Blogger, and if you use this platform, you should read how to add a sidebar on Blogger.
Tables can be useful for different purposes , from creating a menu to adding original blocks with links (internal or external).
We will set the table in a regular text gadget, so go to the “Design” section, select the area where we will add the table:
In the section with gadgets we find the "Text" block and select it:
A window will appear, we need to click "Edit HTML "and insert a special code:
. br /. . table border = "1 ″.. tbody.
. tr.. td. 1. 1. / td.. td. 1. 2. / td. / tr.
. tr. .td. 2. 1. / td.. td. 2. 2. / td. / tr.
. tr.. td. 3. 1. / td.. td. 3. 2. / td.. / Tr.
. Tr. / Tr. / Tbody.. / Table.
On the site it will look like this:
Not the best design, so we change some settings. First we remove the borders (border = "0 ″). After that we add different values to the table and, if necessary, establish links.
To add a reference to a cell, you need to insert code instead of text (Cell 1. 1). a href = "Link". Text. / a.
For example, we decided to create a block with links to various articles about earning services and income from them:
Now site visitors can see, how much you managed to earn with this or that service, and on your site a new interesting block appeared, where all the inscriptions will be located exactly.
You can apply tables for other types of blocks, some even turn such tables into a site menu.
